About Residential Youth Services, Inc.
Now operating as CR Youth Services, Residential Youth Services, Inc. was originally incorporated in 1969 by a group of Alexandria, Virginia citizens. They responded to the need in their community for a residential program to serve adolescents who were unable to live in their family homes.
As the needs of the community have changed, so has RYS. In 2011, RYS became an affiliate program of CR. CR Youth Services operates community-based and family-focused residential homes, apartment-based independent living programs and clinical counseling.
CR Youth Services operate under the clinical leadership of Kathy Wellington, Vice President of Clinical Services and DeAnne Mullins, Clinical Director.
