GetOnTrack services are designed for youth and young adults, aged 16 to 25, who have recently experienced an initial psychotic episode. Although no diagnosis is needed and prodromal symptoms are sufficient for referral, diagnostically, the population targeted will have:
- Schizoaffective Disorder
- Psychotic Disorder NOS
Mood disorders and substance abuse issues are permissible only secondary to initial psychosis.
There is no cost to participate, though health insurance may be billed for specific program services such as psychiatric services. Cost should not be a deterrent for applying individuals.
Building strong viable links and strong community bonds are imperative to the survival of the GetOnTrack program. Therefore, we encourage presentation requests. Presentation requests can be made on our contact page under general inquiry.
